Welcome to Glowing Himalaya, where every journey is an unforgettable adventure. By booking with us, you agree to our terms and conditions, designed to ensure a seamless and enjoyable travel experience.

1. Booking Confirmation

To confirm your reservation, a booking deposit is required. The remaining balance must be cleared before the start of your trip. Your booking is only valid once payment is received and acknowledged by us.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

Life happens, and plans can change. If you need to cancel:

• Notify us at least 30 days before the travel date to qualify for a refund, minus processing charges.
• Cancellations within 15 days of the journey or no-shows will result in a forfeiture of the booking amount.
  Refunds will be processed within 10 business days, excluding bank and administrative charges.

3. Itinerary Flexibility

The Himalayas are as unpredictable as they are beautiful. Changes to itineraries may occur due to weather, roadblocks, or other factors. While we strive to stick to the plan, your safety and satisfaction remain our priorities.

4. Traveler Responsibilities

We expect our travelers to:

• Respect local customs, traditions, and environmental guidelines.
• Carry valid identification (government ID, passport, or visa where applicable).
• Follow instructions provided by guides for safety and compliance.

5. Liability Limitations

While we aim for a worry-free journey, Glowing Himalaya is not liable for:

• Injuries, losses, or damages caused by third-party actions, natural calamities, or personal negligence.
• Delays or cancellations arising from unforeseen circumstances.

6. Health and Safety

Himalayan travel demands physical fitness and a spirit of adventure. It’s essential to disclose medical conditions before booking. We recommend consulting a doctor if you’re unsure about your health suitability for high-altitude travel.

7. Special Requirements

Special requests like dietary needs, accommodation preferences, or extra services should be made during booking. While we’ll do our best to accommodate, availability isn’t guaranteed.

8. Behavior and Conduct

Our trips are group-oriented and collaborative. Unruly, disruptive, or unlawful behavior will not be tolerated. In such cases, Glowing Himalaya reserves the right to terminate your participation without refund.

9. Legal Compliance

By booking with us, you agree to adhere to all local, state, and national laws applicable during your travel. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Himachal Pradesh, India.
